  Convenience

  This location is seriously perfect and superb for expats looking to stay in the east. Mall is right below and MRT is so near! Condo Facilities is perfect for kids, huge pool to swim and waste the weekend away.

  Ideal Place for Rental

  This place is amazingly convenient with the mall, supermarkets and transportation right at the door step. I would not mind paying slightly more for the convenience. End of the day, I save time and money on transportation as I could get almost everything I need with minimal traveling. Imagine pushing my grocery cart out from the supermarket and head directly to my residence lift lobby!
