Cozy Development
I've been staying in Balmoral Heights for a few years now and it's been very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful since it's just off Bukit Timah Road and the neighbors and service crew are very friendly. It's convenient with Balmoral Plaza 5mins away, that has NTUC finest, Coffee Bean, 7-11, a hair salon, clinics and even TCM. If you take a stroll down Balmoral Road, you'll quickly find yourself in Orchard in about 15mins. There's plenty of greenery here and Botanic Gardens is 2 train stops down. As for the development, it's got a functional gym and a lovely pool, all of which are kept clean along with the rest of the estate. All in all a very comfortable place to stay. -

Honest review from long term residence
The previous reviewer does not know what he is talking about. I have lived here for close to 10 years and I can assure you this is a great condo if you are looking for a quiet, modern and great layout. Yes Gym is kind of small but residents hardly use it and the swimming pool is good size. You don't need to go to Orchard for groceries or eateries. Cold storage is just a few minutes walk and Balmoral plaza is right around the corner. You can have all kinds of restaurants at Balmoral Plaza including Spizza, Subway, Bigbird, and British pub to name a few. We have very good management and I have seen fumigation being done as scheduled and I have never seen sun loungers here. The property is extremely well maintained for 10 years old building and recently painted. You will find a lot of locals as well as Foreigners living here. Many family who prefer to live close to the city but need quietness need to check it out. Definitely recommended. -
