If you don’t mind being old, the rental is very attractive considering its size and proximity to novena mrt station

I've always liked this place...

I almost bought when the prices were low. The facilities look good and the layout of the grounds are spacious. However remember the CDC is behind and I believe the prices suffer as a result. Also a few units have business running in them as well. The units have a fussy layout but some have dual door entry.
