Mixed expats community
The location is a tranquility, quiet & peaceful environment with good lush greenery resting on hilltop. Many working professional expats both Asian and Westerner had been renting this large apartment which is difficult to come by in city central and it's conveniences with high rental yield. The sales transaction in these 02 blk 8 & 9 do not see home owner moving out but see much renovation of existing owner upgrading their property for their comforting continued home. Town council had approved the 2nd phase of the building major renovation to every household which will improve the apartment value. The ground around the building premises shall also be improved further to enhance the environment. -
