Mapletree Investments and Keppel Land are set to open for preview a new luxury waterfront project – The Reef at King’s Dock – this Saturday (16 January), with viewings strictly by appointment only.

Strategically situated within the HarbourFront and Keppel Bay precincts, the development is within the Greater Southern Waterfront, “which the government plans to transform into a new major gateway for urban living along Singapore’s southern coast”, said the developers.

Expected to be completed by 2025, The Reef at King’s Dock will feature 10 residential blocks comprising 429 units of one- to three-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging between 431 sq ft and 1,572 sq ft.

The 180 metres floating deck will house an Olympic-length pool, a rejuvenation pool and a leisure pool. It will also feature a marine viewing area where visitors and residents can view the marine ecology within King’s Dock.
