548-unit OLÁ Residences gets 1,163 e-applications

OLA Residences EC in Sengkang

The e-applications for the development was more than double than the 548 units offered. 

OLÁ Residences, a Spanish-themed luxury executive condominium (EC) in Sengkang, received 1,163 e-applications or more than double the 548 units offered at the development.

This comes after the project – developed by Anchorvale, which is a joint venture between EVIA Real Estate and Gamuda Land – attracted more than 4,000 visitors over the weekend of 29 February and 1 March, surpassing the 3,200 visitors seen during its opening weekend (15-16 February).

“We are happy with the applications received over the past three weeks. While there were initial health concerns about turning up at a show gallery, such fears seem to have subsided, judging from the good turnout,” said EVIA Real Estate Director Vincent Ong.

“The strong turnout is a clear sign that visitors are drawn to what OLÁ has to offer. We have gone the extra mile to provide amenities that exceed even that of a private condo: OLÁ will have a dozen lounge areas and clubhouses combined, all scattered within the scenic landscape of an elevated tree-top walk. OLÁ will also offer activities such as dance classes and baking courses to emphasise community building, and will also be the first EC to offer telehealth consultation services,” noted Ong.

Anchorvale also unveiled its Alice-in-Wonderland themed four-bedroom showflat over the last weekend. The showflat, which is fitted with a kitchen island, features furniture placed upside down from the roof.

Visitors commended the carefully selected kitchen fittings and accessories, the full height glass curtain walls that provide floor-to-ceiling views as well as the 270-degree view of the landscape deck at the master bedroom.

Since Anchorvale will use the HDB computerised balloting system, e-applicants will be grouped according to first-time and second-time buyers. They will be allowed to select and book units on 21 March.

The units’ final pricing is set to be announced on 19 or 20 March.
