143 Ki Residences units sold at $1,790 psf on average

Built near Holland Village lifestyle hub and Bukit Timah Road, Ki Residences occupies the site of the former Brookvale Park, which was sold en bloc for $530 million to a joint venture between Sunway Developments and Hoi Hup Realty in 2018.

Ki Residences, a 12-storey condominium development located at Brookvale in Sunset Way, saw 143 out of 660 units snapped up at an average price of $1,790 per sq ft (psf) via a virtual booking exercise on Saturday (5 December), reported The Business Times (BT).

Units at the 999-year leasehold development were offered from $1,668 psf.

Moreover, 60% of the development’s luxury collection units, which feature four or five bedrooms and sizes ranging from 1,245 sq ft to 2,239 sq ft, also found buyers.

“We are pleased that Ki Residences at Brookvale has received great support from a variety of buyers, from investors to owner occupiers,” said Hoi Hup and Sunway in a press release as quoted by BT. 

“We have received especially overwhelming support from owner-occupier buyers looking for a generously sized, well-designed 999-year leasehold luxury product at a reasonable price range.”
