Sophia Ville, Fair Haven sold for $62mil

Two residential sites – Sophia Ville and Fair Haven – have been sold by JLL to a local developer for $62 million, reported Singapore Business Review.

Located along the popular Sophia Road, the two adjoining collective sale sites have a combined area of 23,828 sq ft and were jointly launched for tender in late August.

The sites may be redeveloped into a prime residential development with total gross floor area of over 50,000 sq ft.
