Piermont Grand, the first executive condominium (EC) to be launched this year, is now open for e-applications, with bookings to be conducted on 27 July.
Developed by City Developments (CDL) and TID, the 820-unit development overlooks My Waterway@Punggol, featuring three-, four- and five-bedroom units.
Unit sizes range between 840 sq ft for a three-bedder and 1,701 sq ft for a five-bedder premium penthouse.
CDL noted that penthouses and selected units will have high ceilings in the dining and living areas as well as the bedrooms, while four- and five-bedroom units will be fitted with a kitchen island.
All apartments are also equipped with a Haiku ceiling fan, bathroom fittings from GROHE, kitchen appliances from Teka and a wireless smart home system, among others.
Piermont Grand boasts over 30 facilities spread across four zones – the Waterfalls, the Cascades, the Hills and the Lakes. These include a children’s party pool, gymnasium alongside a 50m lap pool, BBQ pavilions and tennis court.

Located near Nibong and Sumang LRT stations, which are linked to Punggol MRT station and bus interchange, the development is also close to the upcoming Punggol Digital District which will house JTC’s business parks, the Singapore Institute of Technology’s new campus and digitally-focused companies.
“As the first EC launch in 2019, and likely the only one for the year, the highly anticipated Piermont Grand stands out with its excellent location and desirable attributes,” said Chia Ngiang Hong, group general manager of CDL.
“It is not only near two LRT stations and Punggol MRT station, which is hard to come by for an EC project, but also close to the upcoming Punggol Digital District which has an exciting future as Singapore’s Silicon Valley.”
And given the pent-up demand for ECs, he is confident that the project will receive keen interest from homebuyers.
The Piermont Grand sales gallery at the junction of Punggol Walk and Sumang Link will be open for viewing from today (12 July) starting 10am to 7pm daily.
The development is being marketed by ERA, OrangeTee & Tie, Huttons and PropNex.
