With 38 storeys of office space and an adjacent three-story retail podium that directly connects to Telok Ayer Park, Frasers Tower is one of the most highly anticipated commercial additions to District 1 in recent years. With its prime location in the heart of the Central Business District, the property is surrounded by rich cultural history including a national monument, and a public park – to meet the needs of businesses and communities.

Onsite amenities have been thoughtfully curated to bring together the community and visitors. The three-storey retail podium comprises an array of F&B options, while the tower is split into four distinct landscaped communal zones, namely The Sky, The Terrace, The Oasis and The Park, each designed to encourage social interaction and creativity.

Indeed, the 663,000 square feet of premium Grade-A office spaces are geared towards the contemporary demands of big and boutique companies and their staff, with both indoor and outdoor workspaces, as well as accessible green space, up to 90 bicycle parking lots, and locker and shower rooms for those who choose to work out on their way to the office.

“A thoroughly modern interpretation of today’s office environment potential, 38-storey Frasers Tower by Frasers Property Singapore offers column-free, flexible and scalable spaces with inter-floor connectivity, soaring up from the 11-metre-high lobby ceiling with three levels of gardens, water features, distinct community zones, and MRT connectivity,” according to the panel of judges at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore).

The 235-metre building was certified Green Mark Platinum by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority for the widespread implementation of environmentally sustainable practices. These include retaining the same area of green space as the original site, recycling rainwater to irrigate the building’s flora, and introduction of three-metre floor-to-ceiling double-glazed glass windows that maximise the natural light and reduce energy usage.
