The winners and highly commended awardees will be announced at a gala dinner to be held at the Sedona Hotel Yangon, which is last year’s awardee in the hotel categories.
Meanwhile, the editors of PropertyGuru Property Report magazine named Shwe Taung Group CEO Aung Zaw Naing as the Real Estate Personality of the Year.
“This year’s nominees truly represent the finest in Myanmar real estate and we’ve ensured that all segments are duly recognised to encourage more quality developments, design and heritage conservation initiatives in the future,” said PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards founder and managing director Terry Blackburn.
Winners from Myanmar’s completion categories will advance to compete in the regional grand finals to be held in November in Singapore.
