URA releases site at West Coast Vale

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched a residential site at West Coast Vale for sale on Wednesday (7 December) under the confirmed list of the second half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The 1.6ha plot next to Parc Riviera can potentially yield up to 520 condominium units.

Located along Sungei Pandan, the land parcel is near to commercial amenities such as Westgate, Jem and Big Box at the Jurong Lake District. There are also several schools in the vicinity.

The tender for the 99-year leasehold site will close on 9 February 2017, said the URA.
