The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) released two 99-year leasehold sites for sale today, under the 2nd Half 2016 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
One of the sites is situated on Perumal Road, and is a 3,847.8 sq m residential site with first-storey commercial use. It was launched for sale on the Confirmed List, and is located near amenities such as Farrer Park MRT station, City Square Mall, Mustafa Centre.
The other site, a 18,721.4 sq m residential site at Toh Tuck Road, is available for sale on the Reserved List. Situated nearby are developments such as Nottinghill Suites and The Beverly, with Beauty World MRT station and Bukit Timah Nature Park a little further away.
In total, the two sites can yield a potential 525 residential units.
More significantly, the Perumal Road site is near Sturdee Residences (on Beatty Road), which has seen positive response from buyers. 192 of its 305 units have been sold so far, at a median price of $1,628 psf. The tender for the site will close at 12 PM on 10 January 2017.
