V by Crown

Sydney-based developer Crown Group has launched new apartments for sale within the second tower of its V by Crown development in Parramatta.

The latest release includes studios as well as one- and three-bedroom units priced from A$500,000 (approx. S$500,249).

Crown Group project and commercial sales director Anthony Falas said such units were in high demand.

“We’ve been inundated with enquiries about our new release, which shows the demand for quality apartments at this price point in Parramatta,” he said.

At 29-storeys high, the 519-unit luxury tower comes with resort-style facilities including a 25m lap pool, sauna and gymnasium. The ground floor will comprise a retail precinct with restaurants and other amenities.

V by Crown is within proximity to Parramatta Square, the focal point of a multi-billion dollar city centre revitalisation, as well as the Parramatta station and 85ha Parramatta Park.

Stage one of the $309 million project is due for completion in December 2016 and stage two in June 2017.
