King Wan wins new $20.7m contracts

King Wan Corporation, a Singapore-based integrated building services company, has secured two new mechanical and electrical (M&E) projects totalling $20.7 million.

The projects comprise the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical works for a 6-storey light industrial factory at Yishun Industrial Park, as well as sanitary, plumbing, gas installation and minor sewer works for a public housing development located at Sembawang Crescent/Sembawang Way.

Both projects have commenced and are expected to be completed this year.

Commenting, Chua Eng Eng, Managing Director of King Wan said: “The current order book of $187 million has provided high revenue visibility for the Group which will last till the year 2018. We shall continue to grow the Group’s M&E business and invest when good business opportunities arise.”
