A residential site at Clementi Avenue 1 was put up for sale by tender on Friday, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
Launched under the confirmed list of the H2 2015 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the 140,339 sq ft site has a maximum gross floor area of 491,190 sq ft. It could yield about 460 housing units.
The land parcel is within proximity to the National University of Singapore (NUS), Clementi Sports Hall and Jurong Lake District, which is just one station away from Clementi MRT station.
The tender for the 99-year leasehold site will close on 9 December 2015.
