Banyan Tree Group is set to launch its latest project, Laguna Park Bintan, at a property showcase in Singapore this coming weekend. The residential community within an enclave of Laguna Bintan has spectacular views of a golf course and the South China Sea.

Following the success of Laguna Park residential projects in Phuket, Thailand, and Lăng Cô, Vietnam, Laguna is launching the Bintan development in Indonesia, within one hour from Singapore by ferry.

Laguna Park Bintan is nestled in an area surrounded by lush greenery that promotes a tropical lifestyle in a safe and secure resort environment. Developed by Laguna Property, a subsidiary of the Banyan Tree Group, as part of Laguna Bintan integrated facility, this upscale community shares an address with Laguna Bintan 18-hole golf course, plus premium resort and spa facilities at Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia resorts.

Targeted at families, Laguna Park Bintan project consist of town homes that provide a choice of additional living spaces with imaginative designs and emphasis on the stress-free green environment with a breadth of fresh air, away from the hustle and bustle of a cosmopolitan city.

These townhomes measure more than 210 sqm, and feature two-bedrooms and three-bathrooms, with an optional multi-purpose room on the rooftop to enhance living space.

These luxury, three-storey resort residences are priced from SG$550,000 upwards.

Laguna Park Bintan features a common garden with flowering meadows, sitting terrace and an open lawn for gatherings. Homeowners are entitled to complimentary golf, The Sanctuary Club membership, with privileges and discounts at Laguna Bintan Golf Club, Banyan Tree, Angsana and the upcoming Cassia resorts within Laguna Bintan, and also from hotels and resorts under the Banyan Tree Group worldwide.

Laguna Property is hosting a property exhibition on Saturday, January 24, and Sunday, January 25, in Singapore for the launch of Laguna Park Bintan and Cassia Bintan.
