The Sorrento condo to launch at $1,380 - $1,600 psf

The Sorrento condominium (pictured) will officially launch next Saturday (19 April), marketing agent CBRE said.

The public preview at the showflat along West Coast Link has already started and runs till 16 April. 

Developed by Allgreen Properties, the five-storey freehold project on the former Regent Gardens site comprises 131 units. Unit sizes range from 441 to 1,808 sq ft and one- to three-bedroom configurations as well as penthouses are available. Prices are between $1,380 and $1,600
psf.

Marketing at CBRE, said recent comparable launches in the West Coast/Pasir Panjang area include
the Icon@Pasir Panjang, Seasuites, Village@Pasir Panjang and Whitehaven
where average prices were between $1,600 to $1,700 psf.  

The Sorrento is close to several amenities. Both the Clementi and
Haw Par Villa MRT stations and major expressways serve the area’s residents.

In addition, the National University of Singapore, Singapore Institute of Management and two polytechnics are also nearby.

Construction work for the condo is already at a fairly advanced stage and is expected to be completed in early 2015.
