PropertyGuru, Asia’s leading property portal, will hold another consumer seminar this Sunday (25 August), starting at 2:30pm at the Hillion Residences showflat off Choa Chu Kang Road.
The seminar will be on the potential and concept of mixed-use developments, which cater to the holistic live-work-play lifestyle.
“Many such projects are launched to the Singapore market in response to greater demand among younger property buyers and investors seeking to have their homes nearer to retail amenities, including bus and rail connectivity,” the website said.
Speaking at the seminar will be PropertyGuru’s two resident experts. Keith Cheong (pictured), Head of Research and Analytics will discuss: ‘Why Invest in Mixed-Use Developments’, after which Desmond Chua, Head of LoanGuru, will talk about: ‘How to Better Finance Your Property’.
Cheong noted that the seminar aims to educate consumers about the property values of projects along the upcoming Downtown Line, focusing specifically on District 23 along the northwest corridor of Singapore.
The event will also showcase the Hillion Residences, which comprises of 546 units spread across three blocks of 22 and 23 storeys above a retail mall and is integrated with transportation hubs. Residential units will range from one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses. It will also feature two basement carparks and a two-storey retail podium.
