Property developer GuocoLand will soon appoint a new Group Managing Director for Singapore.
Margaret Goh (pictured), the current CEO for special projects at CapitaLand, will replace Trina Loh who has been with GuocoLand for the past 14 years. Goh will take charge of Tanjong Pagar Centre – a new mega project by the developer.
The 64-storey skyscraper was unveiled a few months ago and will stand 290m high. It is set to become Singapore’s tallest building once completed in 2016.
