Banking on the success of Esparina Residences in Sengkang and Twin Waterfalls in Punggol, Frasers Centrepoint launched today Twin Fountains (pictured), an executive condominium (EC) project at the junction of Woodlands Avenue 6 and Woodlands Drive 16.
The first EC unveiled in Singapore this year and at the Woodlands area since 2005, it comprises 418 residential units in eight 14-storey blocks and is expected to be completed in October 2016.
Twin Fountains offers a variety of unit types including two-bedroom suites, three- and four-bedroom apartments, as well as a mix of TRIO2 units. Prices start from S$580,000.
Sited close to Woodlands Regional Centre, the development is surrounded by retail amenities, offices, schools and recreational facilities. The nearby Woodlands and Admiralty MRT stations also offer easy connectivity.
Interested buyers can submit their e-applications until 21 April.
