The developer submitted the highest bids for both sites at S$258.8 million for Parcel A and S$201.63 million for Parcel B, or S$522 psf per plot.

Launched for sale on 30 September, both sites were offered on 99-year leases and attracted eight bids each.

Parcels A and B have land areas of 165,140 sq ft and 128,663 sq ft respectively.

Meanwhile, URA also released a residential site at Geylang East Avenue 1 for public tender, after a developer committed a minimum bid of S$95 million.

Made available for sale under the reserve list on 15 May, the site has a land area of around 67,146 sq ft and maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 188,013 sq ft.
