Developer Allgreen Properties will launch its 72-storey SkySuites@Anson this weekend, according to marketing agent Knight Frank.

Located at Enggor Street in the Tanjong Pagar area, the development has a site area of 30,011.1 sq ft and comprises 360 units of one- to three-bedroom apartments. Unit sizes range from 365 sq ft to 1,140 sq ft, while prices start from S$968,000.

The site is within proximity to Clarke Quay, Marina Bay Sands, the new Arts District and Sentosa. There will be private club facilities on four Sky Terraces including a skydeck on level 72 that offers 360 degree views of the central business district. 

“SkySuites@Anson is part of a transformation that is under way in the heart of the CBD,” said Tan Tee Khoon, Executive Director of Knight Frank.

Meanwhile, Eugene Lim, Associate Director of Residential at Knight Frank, noted that new one- and two-bedroom units in Tanjong Pagar are currently going for S$1.3 million to S$1.8 million and S$1.8 million to S$2.4 million respectively.

“Comparatively, a one-bedroom unit in the secondary market in the same area is priced on average between S$1.2 to S$1.3 million. Investors can also see an attractive yield of up to four percent. So SkySuites@Anson, which is priced from below S$1 million, is truly a value proposition for prospective buyers,” he added.
