This weekend property developer Amerald Land will hold a private preview at the showflat of Kaleido, a new freehold cluster housing project along Lorong K Telok Kurau in the east, revealed marketing agent Knight Frank.

The project comprises 14 cluster terrace houses, each made up of three-storey units with two basement car parks, living and dining rooms, five-bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a lift. Unit sizes range from 3,100 sq ft to 3,498 sq ft, with prices starting from S$3.3 million.

The development is within proximity to malls such as Parkway Parade, 112 Katong and the upcoming 1KM Mall at Paya Lebar. Other nearby amenities include several local and international schools, supermarkets, wine shops, butcheries, cafes and F&B outlets.

Residents will also enjoy easy connectivity via major expressways and public transport networks in the vicinity.

“It is this combination of good schools, excellent amenities and transportation connectivity that makes Kaleido the ideal choice for families with children,” said Dr Tan Tee Khoon, Executive Director of Residential Services at Knight Frank.

The project is expected to launch on 4 January next year.

A wholly-owned subsidiary of Precise Development, Amerald Land is currently developing GAIA, a residential development in Balestier.
