Leading property firm SLP International Property Consultants Pte Ltd has announced the appointment of its new Executive Director, Tony Koe (pictured), in line with its goal of expanding the company’s residential ventures in Singapore, Indonesia and China.
Koe previously served as General Manager of Jones Lang LaSalle Residential Pte Ltd and supervised the acquisition of Property Edge International where he was Chief Executive. He brings over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry to his new post.
Currently, SLP International is headed by Managing Director Peter Ow, who was the former Managing Director of Residential Services at Knight Frank Singapore. In 2006, Ow invited Koe to manage the Residential Agency business at Knight Frank.
“We are delighted that Tony has accepted this key position in our senior management team. Not only does he have a deep knowledge and understanding of today’s volatile real estate industry, he has also a successful and impressive track record of building Knight Frank team of real estate professionals from 100 agents to more than 1,200 agents within four years,” said Ow.
Commenting on his new appointment, Koe said, “It is with great pleasure to be taking on this position. I look forward with great enthusiasm to working closely with the team at SLP International.”
