PropNex, the leading real estate company in Singapore, has once again received the Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands (RDTB) Gold Award. The award is in line with the company’s extensive effort in promoting integrity and competence among its salespersons.
“Winning an award based on trust, especially in a profession that is not regarded as reliable by the public as a whole, is an achievement in itself and winning it for the fourth consecutive time since the category’s inception is just icing on the cake,” said Adam Tan, Corporate Communications Manager at PropNex Realty.
“PropNex, being a quadruple winner of the RDTB Gold Award, shows that the real estate agency is a perennial favourite in the consumers’ minds.”
“Winning the prestigious RDTB Gold Award is truly a significant accomplishment, because the combination of unprompted and spontaneous responses of consumers, along with strict judging criteria, ensures that only the most deserving brands receive such recognition,” he said.
Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands awards are based on a poll that surveys thousands of consumers across Asia for their opinion on brands they feel are dependable and reliable. The winning brands were selected by voters in an unprompted question that truly tested consumers’ recall of trustworthy brands.
Mr. Tan revealed that PropNex has won numerous accolades over the years, including the Promising Brand Award at the Singapore Prestige Brand Awards (SPBA) in 2007, and has been ranked amongst the Top 50 Enterprises in 2008 and 2009.
He believes that there are various ways in which PropNex helps guarantee a high standard of service amongst its agents.
He added that consumers’ preference for the brand can also be based on the fact that each PropNex consumer gets a Thank You pack with exclusive perks and privileges. Furthermore, PropNex also provides a free Home Repair Warranty plan and Certificate of Deposit Guarantee upon a successful deal.
“The management would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all consumers who gave this award to us and PropNex will continue to ensure that we champion high service standards and trustworthiness in the real estate industry in Singapore”.
