Final premier units in Metro Residences up for sale

15 Apr 2011

The final 91 apartments, comprising of two-, three- and four-bedroom skyhomes and penthouses on the upper 18 levels at the Metro Residences at Chatswood will be released for sale on 16 April.

Metro Grand, the highest of the three buildings to be developed above the Transport Interchange in Sydney’s Chatswood district, is the last phase of a trio of buildings.

The 292 apartments in the 42-storey Metro Spire and the 31-storey Metro View were sold out within days of being released last month. Last week, 170 apartments located on the lower 28 levels of Metro Grand were sold.

To date, 462 apartments have been sold in the earlier stages.

Darien Bradshaw, Executive Director of International Project Marketing, who is marketing Metro Residences, said “building on the strong momentum since the first launch, we are taking the project to a few locations in Asia including Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. Asia has been instrumental in driving the high sales volume for Metro Residences since day 1.”

“There is overwhelming demand for Metro Grand because it will be the highest residential building on the North Shore.”

“Many buyers are from surrounding buildings who are upgrading to the Metro Residences, knowing that it will be the most sought-after address in Chatswood.”

The construction of the three Metro towers is set to commence in June 2011.
