Hoi Hupp’s Questa condominium in Dunman Road has sold 82 percent (100 units) of its 122 units released for sale by end-March.
According to data released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), this was the highest number of units sold among eight new condominiums previewed last month.
This was followed by Eis Residences at Haig Avenue and Melosa at Geylang, which sold 13 of 16 released units and 42 of 54 released units respectively.
Property specialist Kelvin Ch’ng said one of the major selling points of Questa condo is its strategic location along Dunman Road, which is one of the “highly sought after” locations in District 15.
Some experts also noted that the development’s condominium status is a “rare find” along the Tanjong Katong private residential area. Its close proximity to the upcoming Paya Lebar Business Hub also gives the development an “excellent” rental yield and resale potential, said Mr. Ch’ng.
Questa condominium, which was launched on 12 March, comprises one 14-storey and one 19-storey condo tower. It is a low-quantum condo project, with prices starting from S$600,000 only and a median price of S$1463 psf.
Questa is close to Dakota MRT station and is surrounded by well-known schools such as Tanjong Katong Girl’s School, Kong Kwa School and Haig Girls School.
