Property developer City Developments Ltd (CDL) has launched the preview of its H2O Residences, a 99-year leasehold condominium development in Sengkang.
The average selling price for the condo is expected to be above S$900 psf. Prices for the one-, two- and two-bedroom-with-study units are expected to start from S$550,000, S$680,000 and S$760,000 respectively.
The project, which is located beside Punggol Reservoir, comprises five block towers, ranging from 19 to 23 storeys each. It has a total of 521 units and a shop unit, with the condo units comprising 19 one-bedroom units (527 to 710 sq ft), 102 two-bedroom units (743 to 1,141 sq ft) and 147 two-bedroom-plus-study units (850 to 1,206 sq ft).
CDL is developing the project on a land plot it acquired in a public tender last year for S$200.5 million (about S$365.26 psf ppr).
