Thailand’s leading property developers, projects and agents were rewarded at the sixth annual Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards which took place in Bangkok last night.
More than 600 attendees attended the gala dinner and ceremony where winners in 31 categories were announced.
“Over 1,300 nominations were received this year,” said Terry Blackburn, CEO of Ensign Media, the organisers of the event. “This is a clear reflection of both the success of the awards and the strength of the Kingdom’s real estate industry.”
Blackburn added: “An important new element this year is welcoming Thanachart Bank as title sponsor of the awards. As a special contribution to the flood recovery effort taking place in and around Bangkok, the Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards, in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity, raised THB400,000 (S$16,500) for the construction of two new houses for flood victims in Lopburi province.
