Thanachart Bank has confirmed its title sponsorship at the sixth Thailand Property Awards this year, underlining the event’s status as a recognition of excellence in Thailand’s real estate market.
“Partnering with the Thailand Property Awards is one way we can offer customers quality banking support in association with the kingdom’s best, upscale developers and real estate companies,” said Jean-Marc Dallaire, Senior Vice President for Unsecured Lending and Payment Products at Thanachart Bank.
More than 1,000 developers, developments, agents, architects and real estate organisations from across the country were represented on this year’s entry list. Judging recently took place in the form of site visits by a panel of industry experts to short-listed projects.
The winners and recipients of highly commended certificates from over 30 categories will be announced at a gala dinner event in Bangkok on 5 November 2011.
In addition, Thanachart Bank said it plans to launch a series of exciting new promotions, offers and events after announcing the winners, in a bid to bring together the property developers and buyers voted as the industry’s best.
