Far East Organization (FEO) has announced that 181 of the 217 units released at the preview of its latest project The Tennery have been snapped up.
Situated at the junction of Choa Chu Kang Road and Woodlands Road, The Tennery is made up of SOHO-style apartments located above the Junction 10 mall.
Mr. Chia Boon Kuah, executive director and chief operating officer of FEO, said: “With the advent of technology facilitating communication and information, an increasing number of people are looking for versatile living spaces that allow them to work from home. We recognise that our buyers value space that is flexible, expandable, and thoughtfully designed for maximum functionality.”
Prices of the units range between $950 psf to $1,300 psf. 60 percent of the units sold are one-bedroom apartments. About 80 percent of buyers are Singaporeans and permanent residents.
Considering this strong response, FEO will be releasing additional units during the official launch of the development on January 1, 2011.
The Tennery is a 16-storey residential project consisting of 338 one- and two-bedroom SOHO-style apartments, with sizes ranging between 619 sq ft and 950 sq ft. The SOHO apartments are designed to suit the users’ need for privacy, functionality, aesthetics and efficiency of space. Among its recreational amenities include a full lap pool, hydrotherapy spa, lifestyle pavilions, tennis court and professional gym.
The Tennery also enjoys excellent daily business connectivity with its close proximity to several transport hubs, including the Ten Mile Junction LRT station, as well as the upcoming Bukit Panjang MRT station.
