Hi Theresa,
Are you referring to Ki Residences? As its an under construction private property, it is unlikely Deferred Payment Scheme is available. Perhaps you can share more info for me to come up with solutions on how best to meet your timeline objective?
May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

For all new launch projects, there is no deferred payment schemes but progressive payment scheme.
