Hi,

The official TOP date of 1 Canberra EC as indicated on HDB website is Sep 2015, meaning to say the 10th year mark will be Sep 2025 and that is when the EC will be fully privatized and can be sold to all buyers including foreigners. However, each owner would have received the key +/- a few months of Sep 2015 hence the actual 10 year mark may differ across different units.
