What yu mean by co-broking ?
As I have a buyer and an agt approached me & asked I have a buyer can I cobroke with me by splitting my commission of 0.5% ? Is it ok as I understand that he/she has already got a commission from his buyer and why is he/she still want mine ?
Is this a conflict interest created by him/she ?
