(a) Stay put and buy another property for investment. Able to get a maximum loan of 75%
(b) Upgrade to a private residence to continue on your life saving for retirement.
(c) Downgrade to a smaller flat due to a reduction of family size.
(d) Do nothing
3) 2(a) is a common choice for people using property to flip their capital.
4) 2(b) is the most common choice for people having an up-trend in their career. But it is common that they will choose EC as the upgrading path as this is the most hazzleless compared to a private condo unless their salary grows too fast to be eligible for it.
