We're thinking of selling our 4 room A at Tampines that we've bot since 10 years ago . And looking into buying a pte condo around Pasir Ris/Changi of approx $450-550K. Is this the best time to sell our unit and is it realistic to find a new condo at this price?

It is certainly the right time to sell your 4-RM HDB this year. HDB pricing is still maintain at strong level. Sell now and hunt for your dream condo at low price.

Depending whether you want to get a brand new condo or resale, at your budget is possible but we have to check on your requirement.
