We own a HUDC unit which is not yet pivatised. Recently, our master bedroom toilet has water seepage issue from the upper unit.

The owner of upper unit asking for co-payment (50%-50%) for the repair work quoting the HDB ruling, which we do not feel right. Any comments?

We are moving out as our new condo just TOP and plan to rent out the existing one. However, we worried that the condition may be affecting the price or even causing problem to rent out the place.

Also, some of the wall tiles (newly renovated for less than 3 years) also crack due to cement expansion caused by the moist.

Is there anything we can do? E.g. claim damage (loss of rental income, physical damage of property)...
