We have viewed both places and are unsure which one is a better choice. City Square is freehold and centralised, but I hate the layout and ugly fittings, n bigger projects means more neighbours sharing facilities. Woodsville@ potong Pasir has the layout & fittings I love, lesser units (100) also near MRT, but is leasehold.

We both plans to stay there for long term, at least more than 5 years. My bf feels that should we decide to sell in the future, City Square will bound give a better value. After all calculations of discounts & perks offered, should both condos be of similar psf price, which on should we consider? Will Woodsville really depreciate much more as it's leashold (even if it's next to MRT)?

What is your expert views and advise for 1st time buyers like us? Thanks!
