Dear Property Gurus,
I am looking at the option of buying a 3-BR condo (1300 Sq Feet area) in West or south west of Singapore.
I am presently staying in a self owned 5 room HDB in CCK Area.
With the change in regulations, I think it is difficult to retain this HDB and buy a Condo. So I am looking at the option of selling the HDB and buying the condo unit.
There is an outstanding loan on my HDB and the amount is approx. 193K. My salary is approx 9K PM. My budget for new condo would not be more than 700K.
Do you think it is realistic to aim for this condo or shall I just stick to the place where I am staying?
