hi, my name is yuni and looking for apartment to rent (max 2bedrooms) partially furnished, preferable area is beach road coz near raffles university, budget max monthly SGD $1500, if lesser than $1500 is better , im looking for a condo that has good security guard (very important), please let me know asap coz next week im going to sg to start my study, thanks a lot

Hi Yuni,

It's quite difficult to rent a studio/2brm at below $1500 and with the location being at the central areas.
Unless you readjust your budget or choose something in the outskirts, otherwise it'll be pretty tough Yuni.
