NUOVO prices are going up for the last 6 months and appears that the prices are there to stay and will break the S$700 psf mark before it even reaches the 10 years where the foreigner can buy. Any comments ?
NUOVO is known as the better buy condo than those around the areas in terms of finishing, developer, proximity to MRT, windy, ............ ? Is the true ?
With the painting finishing in June 2010 based on the progress, will the price very likely to go up ?
Bank cannot match those around NUOVO but banker seems to be able to match the asking price? Can we conclude the NUOVO is the best buy ?
Even the free hold in AMK are not as good as NUOVO. Likely? since it is from CDL as the most reputable developer ?
