Hello All, I 'm looking for a condo unit in The Tropica. I see not much transactions happening in for it ( january 2012 had nill) so in dilema if I should put my money there or on new condo (as the asking is the same). My first choice is though Tropica but can consider other new projects adjacent/ nearby. Thanks Sidh

Hi Sidharth,

No transactions recorded does not mean that the project is not in demand and not worth putting your money into the project. It may just be simply the buyer's offer is not accepted by the seller.

Is there any particular reason that you are specifically looking to purchase a unit in this project?

    Hi, There's no particular reason - only 1 being at present i am looking for a move in condo 3+1
    I have seen other projects as well but condo facilities wise , i rate tropica 7/10 other are 6.5/10 so first trying in tropica else will check in others
