There are about 30k agents registered as salesperson, pay annual registration fee and must display badge while on biz. It is so called required by the Acts; as it involves the public and money matters.
I think that the other Acts- eg: employment agency, financial and private education Acts, personnel are not required to adhere to the above regulations althought they also handle huge amount of money and directly involved with local and foreigners. Why these regulations apply specifically salesperson in the real estate industry? Is there a special reason or are these salesperson marginalised?
