the new ruling for PR - if one is already staying in a condo; and wanted to shift to another new condo 2 years from now. How do we interpret this case where I'm still staying in one, but need to buy the 2nd condo so I can shift over, eventually thereafter selling the 1st condo? Does the ruling apply?
