Recently I made an offer of $1.23mil for a unit at Boonview through my agent but was rejected by the seller.
Later I found out that the unit was sold at $1.2mil. We called the agent and he said because it is a direct offer.
Is it right for the agent to accept a lower offer for the seller. Can I complain to CEA regarding this matter?
