Property Wanted: The Inspira. I am interested to purchase a studio in The Inspira, for self-stay. However, when is the condo going to be TOP, since my rental agreement expires in September. Would i be able to move in directly at that time, or do i need to extend for 1-2mths with my current landlord? Please advise and revert if you are selling a studio in Inspira. thanks

Hi Alan,

I know a unit STACK 05 and high floor of 667sqf asking at $900k. There is not any clear indication on the project's TOP. It is better to extend with your current landlord till Dec 2009. Its expected TOP just mentioned 4th quarter of this year.
