Our lease is ending, and we would like to renew it. If we engage our original agent who helped us find the apartment to renew the lease, do we pay a fee to this agent? Is it customary practice that our agent will help us with the lease renewal as well as the handover at the end of the lease? Would we have to pay a fee to have our agent help us with the handover?
