My tenants cam in Nov with a 1 yr room rental TA. Barely 2 month's in, they have informed me they would like to break contract and offered a one month notice. I informed HDB and received their confirmation. A week later, I informed the tenants that I would Keep the security deposit due to this. but they were unhappy and moved out 2 days ago without informing me. saw them moving out from my security cam. What should I do with this?
