my relative just bought a private condo unit in the west and he request inventory list to be done before exercising of option, but the seller is not happy and refuse to corporate. In this case, can he ask the lawyer to pursue the matter and how can he be sure that the house is in good condition before handing over? In the signed OTP itself actually states that the Sales & Purchase includes the furniture/fittings as stated in the inventory list which the inventory list will be included in the OTP
